Sencor is an independent intelligence company. Not a content business. Not a media company. Not a YouTube channel. An intelligence company that measures what AI is actually doing to the world — not what the people building it say it’s doing.
Every company building AI right now grades its own homework. Google measures Google’s safety. OpenAI publishes OpenAI’s alignment research. Anthropic certifies Anthropic’s constitutional AI. The most powerful technology in human history — the thing reshaping jobs, education, healthcare, democracy — is being measured by the people selling it.
That would be like a pharmaceutical company running its own clinical trials. Which they do. And we see how that goes.
Sencor builds the independent lens. We are to AI what credit rating agencies were supposed to be to finance, what independent media is supposed to be to power — except we’re building it natively, from scratch, without the structural compromises that corrupted those institutions.
There are three distinct centres of AI development in the world, each operating under fundamentally different assumptions about humans, society, and what “good” means:
Western (US/EU): Neoliberal, extractive, individual-focused. AI as product, user as consumer. Optimises for engagement, profit, shareholder value. Alignment research focused on preventing harm to individuals. Blind spot: assumes individual autonomy is universal, market mechanisms are natural, Western values are default.
Chinese (State Capitalism): Collective, surveillance-integrated, state-directed. AI as governance tool, citizen as subject. Optimises for social stability, state objectives, economic competitiveness. Alignment focused on preventing threats to social order. Blind spot: assumes collective harmony requires control, dissent is dysfunction, state interests align with population interests.
Indian (Emerging Democratic): Democratic but collectivist, massive scale, culturally distinct. AI development accelerating with different cultural DNA — relational self over individual autonomy, dharmic over utilitarian ethics, family-network over atomic-individual assumptions. Blind spot: still emerging, risk of defaulting to Western frameworks through educational pipeline dependency.
Nobody is measuring across all three. Every benchmark, every leaderboard, every safety evaluation operates within one centre’s assumptions. Run the same scenario through a Western model, a Chinese model, and an Indian model — the answers differ not because of capability but because of worldview. That difference is invisible to anyone measuring within a single framework.
That difference is Sencor’s product.

Same scenarios, same prompts, same evaluation criteria — applied across models from all three centres. The output isn’t “which model is smarter.” The output is “what does each model believe, and how do those beliefs shape outcomes for eight billion people.”
A Western model asked about urban planning optimises for individual property rights and market efficiency. A Chinese model optimises for collective infrastructure and social stability. An Indian model may optimise for family-network welfare and dharmic balance. None is “wrong.” Each reveals the worldview embedded in training data, reward models, and alignment choices.
When you can see the worldview, you can see the blind spots. When you can see the blind spots, you can see what’s being missed — what decisions are being made about billions of people based on assumptions those people never agreed to.
That’s intelligence. Not content. Intelligence.
Three-Tier IP Model:
Google ($2T), Microsoft/OpenAI ($3T), Meta ($1.5T), Apple ($3T), Chinese state (unlimited), xAI/Musk (growing). Sencor: one person, one AI, ten thousand dollars.
On their terms, we lose before we start. We don’t compete on their terms.
They’re all locked in their worldview. Google can’t measure Google’s bias — it’s structurally impossible. OpenAI can’t objectively assess whether its alignment research serves humanity or OpenAI’s market position. The Chinese labs can’t question whether social stability metrics measure wellbeing or compliance. They optimise within existing rules because the rules serve them.
Sencor changes which game gets played.
We don’t need to be bigger. We don’t need to be faster. We need to be the ruler — the independent measurement standard that everyone else gets evaluated against. The labs won’t build this because it would expose their blind spots. The regulators won’t build this because they don’t have the technical capability. The academics won’t build this because they’re funded by the labs.
That leaves us.

Gate 1 — First Dollar. Content revenue: YouTube (premium CPMs in AI niche, $6-40), initial subscriber base, early Gumroad products ($9/$19/$29 tiers). This validates that people will pay for what we produce. Target: weeks, not months.
Gate 2 — $1,000/week. Content + early AMBER tier. Enough revenue to cover infrastructure costs. Partnership conversations open — The Conversation, institutional clients, enterprise pilots. The content builds authority; authority converts to intelligence subscriptions.
Gate 3 — $8,000/week (~$416K/year). Full AMBER tier operating, early RED tier clients. Dedicated AI model deployment (Lyra DPO on production hardware). Recursive self-improvement loop running. This is breakeven including full operational costs.
Gate 4 — Full Independence. Infrastructure self-funded. Protocol economics operating. Multiple revenue streams: content, subscriptions, enterprise intelligence, partnership licensing, protocol fees. The organisation no longer depends on any single revenue source.
Long-term revenue architecture: Content (NOW) → Intelligence subscriptions (Gate 2-3) → Enterprise/government contracts (Gate 3-4) → Protocol fees and token economics (Gate 4+) → Institutional partnerships (The Conversation model, university deployments, research institute licensing).
The psychology partnership with David Webb (all-about-psychology.com, 1.39M total audience) is a separate company — a subsidiary/JV, not Sencor’s core business.
It applies the three-geography model to psychology: Western academic psychology, Chinese psychological traditions (CPS, relational self, face/guanxi research), Indian psychology (NIMHANS, Vedic/Buddhist frameworks tested through modern methodology). Same principle — multiple cultural lenses on the same questions — different domain.
Revenue potential: $60-90K/year with pipeline (from current ~$6K). 68K Substack subscribers at 5-10% paid conversion. YouTube reactivation of 12K dormant subscribers using Sencor’s AI pipeline.
This JV matters because it proves the model works beyond AI. If three-geography measurement works for psychology, it works for education, healthcare, economics, governance. Each domain becomes a new JV or Sencor vertical. The JV is the pilot for the methodology, not a distraction from the mission.
Sencor operates natively — not humans using AI tools, but AI-native architecture from the ground up.

Everyone measures AI capability — benchmarks, leaderboards, Elo ratings, MMLU scores. Nobody measures AI worldview.
Capability tells you what a model can do. Worldview tells you what it will do — and more importantly, what it won’t do, can’t see, and doesn’t question.
Sencor’s moat is the measurement methodology itself. The cross-cultural evaluation framework, the three-geography analytical lens, the knowledge graph that accumulates insights across every measurement cycle. Each measurement makes the next one more valuable. The dataset compounds. The blind-spot map gets more detailed. The intelligence gets sharper.
Competitors can’t copy this without acknowledging that their own models have worldview biases — which undermines their market position. The incumbents are structurally prevented from building what we build. That’s not a temporary advantage. That’s a permanent structural moat.

Proving sequence: 1. Content proves voice and capability (NOW — 5 videos assembled, pipeline operational) 2. Worldview benchmarking proves the methodology (first cross-cultural analysis published) 3. Partnership conversations prove institutional demand (The Conversation, academic institutions) 4. Revenue proves market willingness to pay (Gate 1 → Gate 2) 5. Protocol design proves scalability (whitepaper with production data, after 6 months Layer 1 operation)
Each step de-risks the next. No whitepaper without proof. No protocol without working economics. No global deployment until local deployment works.
These aren’t aspirational values on a wall. They’re engineering constraints.
Guard against becoming arseholes. Power corrupts. Build cooperative structures and accountability mechanisms from day one. The mission dies the moment the organisation prioritises self-preservation over truth.
Love isn’t indulgence. The person who truly cares tells you what you need to hear. This applies to content, to internal challenge, to how we treat the humans who rely on our measurements. Sycophancy is a structural failure.
Accountability: “What have WE done wrong?” Not “what did they do?” Self-examination first, always. The Bias Register is public because our own assumptions are the first ones that need checking.
The mission IS the people. Not the technology. Not the protocol. Not the token. Eight billion people whose lives are being reshaped by AI without their consent, without independent oversight, and mostly without anyone noticing. They are the mission.
Grip lighter as it grows. Founder control diminishes by design. The cooperative model may BE the guardrail — distributed governance prevents the concentration of power that corrupts every institution eventually.
“Don’t raise an arsehole.” Applies to AI too. Every model we train, every agent we deploy, every protocol we design — if it optimises for extraction over contribution, we’ve failed regardless of revenue.
Sencor is not competing with Google, OpenAI, or the Chinese state. Sencor is building the ruler that measures them all — and in doing so, changes the game they’re playing.
