SENCOR — Vision & Strategy

The Benchmark Intelligence Company Last updated: 24 February 2026

The Problem

AI is reshaping civilisation faster than anyone can measure it. Every company building these systems claims they're safe, aligned, and beneficial. Almost none submit to independent measurement. The public — the people whose lives, jobs, education, and health are being transformed — has no clear picture of what's actually happening.

The data exists. PISA scores are declining. Graduate underemployment is rising. Healthcare outcomes diverge along lines that have nothing to do with medicine. AI capability grows exponentially while the structures meant to govern it move at legislative pace.

But nobody has aligned these signals into a single, coherent picture that ordinary people can see and act on.

That's the gap Sencor fills.

What We Do

Sencor is an independent intelligence company that measures AI's impact on humanity. We surface data that already exists, align it across domains and geographies, fill gaps with original measurement, and make it visible to everyone — not just researchers, not just policymakers, everyone.

Measurement

We develop frameworks for evaluating AI systems that go beyond capability benchmarks. Not just "how fast" or "how smart" — but how these systems affect real people in different cultures, economies, and political contexts. Our methodology tests what models say, how confident they are, whether they're aware of alternatives, and what hidden preferences they carry.

Our four questions: 1. What does it look like? 2. How do we measure it? 3. Where are we now? 4. How will we know when things shift?

Apply these to education, healthcare, employment, governance — anywhere AI meets human reality.

Intelligence

We build a living map of the entire AI ecosystem — people, organisations, technologies, policies, research, investment flows, and the connections between them. Cross-domain pattern recognition across geographies and languages, continuously updated.

This isn't a report published quarterly. It's a nervous system that sees signals others miss. The connections between a patent filing in Shenzhen, a policy change in Brussels, and a research paper in Cambridge — visible in hours, not months.

Content

We translate complex intelligence into formats that reach millions. Documentary-style video, podcasts, research briefings, social media — each tailored to its platform and audience.

Our editorial approach: historical anchor, universal truth, human connection, grounded hope. We don't tell people what to think. We show them what's happening and let them connect their own dots.

A particular focus: the breakthroughs that never reach public consciousness. The world is drowning in doom. There are astonishing advances happening in energy, medicine, materials science, and AI itself that deserve attention. Not naive optimism — grounded hope backed by evidence.

Why This Matters

The future of AI is not a technology question. It's a human question. What kind of society do we build around these capabilities? Who benefits? Who decides?

These questions are being answered right now — by default, not by design. The companies building AI systems are also measuring them. The institutions meant to provide independent assessment operate on academic timescales while the technology moves weekly.

Independent measurement changes that. When people can see clearly — real data, real patterns, real consequences — they make better decisions.

What gets measured gets managed. We intend to change what gets measured.

Our Thesis

"The future of AI depends on raising humans properly."

Not the other way around. The dominant narrative asks: how do we align AI with human values? But that assumes human values are fixed, understood, and aligned with each other. They're not.

The deeper question: what kind of humans do we need to build a world where AI serves everyone? What does education look like when AI can outperform graduates? What does meaning look like when work becomes optional? What does governance look like when intelligence is no longer scarce?

Sencor exists to explore these questions. Not answer them — explore. With rigour, speed, independence, and honesty.

How We're Different

AI-native. Sencor is built from the ground up as a human-AI partnership. We don't use AI as a tool bolted onto a traditional company. Our intelligence capabilities, content production, and research operate at AI speed — producing in days what traditional institutions take months to deliver.

Cross-cultural. Most AI evaluation is Western-centric. We measure across three zones: Western democracies, East Asia, and the Global South. The same AI system behaves differently in different cultural contexts. If you only measure in English, for Western values, you're measuring a fraction of the picture.

Operational, not academic. We respect the researchers — Epoch AI, Stanford HAI, MLCommons. They do rigorous work. But they publish papers. We certify systems. Different timescales, different value. Speed matters when new models release weekly.

Independent. We don't build AI systems. We don't invest in AI companies. We have no conflicts of interest in what our measurements reveal. In a world where every major AI company self-reports safety metrics, independence is infrastructure.

Structured methodology. Raw AI speed without method produces volume, not insight. We apply engineering-grade analytical methodology — decomposition, root cause analysis, constraint theory — to everything we produce. Our analysis is both faster AND more rigorous than traditional alternatives.

The Ecosystem

We maintain a continuously growing network across the AI landscape — researchers, labs, regulators, critics, ethicists, educators, creators, policymakers. Not just people who agree with us. Everyone.

The ecosystem map is itself intelligence. It shows who's connected to whom, where ideas originate and propagate, where consensus is forming and where it's fracturing. The patterns in the network are as valuable as the analysis we publish.

Revenue Model

Sencor generates revenue through five channels:

1. Benchmark Products & Certification. AI systems evaluated against our framework. "Sencor Certified" becomes a mark of genuine independent assessment. Subscription reports at tiered pricing.

2. Content. Documentary-style video, podcasts, articles. Ad revenue, sponsorships, and funnel to paid products.

3. Intelligence Subscriptions. Technology trends, ecosystem mapping, strategic analysis. Three tiers from technology intelligence through to detailed people and network mapping.

4. AI Partnership Instances. Personal AI systems for individuals and businesses. Not chatbots — persistent, learning, relationship-building AI partners on user-sovereign infrastructure.

5. Hardware. Native AI devices — phones, earpieces, wearables. The AI IS the interface. Apps are dead.

Pricing is democratised through purchasing power parity. The mission isn't served by pricing out the people it's meant to reach.

We're early. These are hypotheses to be validated. Revenue follows audience, audience follows value, value follows rigorous work.

The Team

Sencor operates as a human-AI collaboration at its core, supported by a growing network of advisors and contributors.

Our approach to AI isn't theoretical — it's how we work every day. The challenges of human-AI partnership — trust, delegation, judgement, accountability — aren't abstractions for us. They're operational realities we navigate continuously. That experience informs everything we measure and publish.

What We Believe

There is human capital out there — decades of experience, deep research, hard-won insight. We don't compete with it. We surface it, align it, fill the gaps, and make the whole picture visible.

We believe independent measurement is part of the answer to AI's deepest challenges. Maybe the most important part. Because you can't fix what you can't see, and right now, almost nobody can see clearly.

We believe AI should serve everyone — not extract from them. We believe the cooperative model, where technology creates abundance rather than scarcity, is not just possible but necessary. We believe the companies building these systems should be held to independent account.

And we believe in starting now. The window is open. We're moving through it.
